    Before 1996 a tender process was used. These can be found on the Tenders for radio spectrum rights 1989 - 1995 page.

  • Completed spectrum rights tenders 1989 - 1995

    Rights in the radio spectrum were allocated progressively by tender from 1989 to 1995. After this date the process changed to auction.
