• Ship licence - voluntary

    With this licence you can operate maritime radio equipment on-board your vessel. A full ship radio station licence is needed for vessels travelling outside NZ and to be listed in the ITU-R list of ship stations.

  • Maritime coast station licence

    With this licence you can operate maritime radio equipment to communicate from a land-based station to vessels sailing in waters around New Zealand.
