This notice describes the arrangement and particular conditions under which products declared, labelled and supplied in Australia may also be supplied in New Zealand without a New Zealand declaration of conformity or compliance labelling.

Radiocommunications regulations (mutual recognition: People's Republic of China) notice 2008
This notice describes the arrangement with China and particular conditions under which specified products imported and supplied in New Zealand may be exempted from the requirement for New Zealand electromagnetic compatibility compliance labelling. The products must be labelled with the appropriate CCC NZ Mark.
