Withdraw radio licence transfer - Transferor

You can withdraw your radio licence transfer(s) at any time up until the transferee has confirmed the transfer.

Transfer roles

• The current licence holder is the Transferor.
• The proposed licence holder is the Transferee.

Withdraw Transfer radio licence request

This process is completed by the current licence holder (Transferor).

1. Logon to the RRF(external link) using RealMe.
2. Select Maintain > Licence > Withdraw Transfer. The ‘Withdraw Transfer’ screen displays.
3. Click the Select check box next to the licence transfer request(s) to withdraw.
4. Click Withdraw. A confirmation message displays.
5. Click Yes to continue. The screen refreshes and the selected withdrawn licence transfer request(s) no longer display.
   • A message displays at the top of the screen advising the selected transfer requests have been withdrawn. An email has been sent to the proposed/new licence holder.
