Radio Licence Policy Rules (PIB 58)

PIB 58 specifies the operational policy rules for Radio Licensing.

Radio Licence Policy Rules (PIB 58) prescribes the policy rules for the granting of radio licences. This document complements the Radio Licence Certification Rules (PIB 38) which prescribes the technical certification requirements.

All Approved Radio Engineers (AREs), Approved Radio Certifiers (ARC’s) and anyone seeking a licence must comply with these rules before a licence can be granted.
